What Causes Nausea, Excessive Burping And Pulsating Sensations In Stomach?

Question: 31 years old female. Woke up this morning with nausea, excessive burping, occasional feeling of pulsating stomach . Zero appetite. Chills and body aches. Normal stools. Not pregnant. I eat a gluten free diet and have not experienced these symptoms on the diet before. Please help!

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that you might be having gastritis.
I would advise that you should take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg for relief from your symptoms.
Following precautions will be helpful :-
1.Avoid spicy and oily foods.
2.Avoid being empty stomach for long periods.
3.Avoid mental and emotional stress.
4.Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any. 5.Avoid self medications, especially pain killers and steroids.
5.Drink lots of water daily.
6.Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions.
If the symptoms persists, get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a Gastroentologist.
An Endoscopy may be helpful in planning further medical management.
