What Causes Nausea, Excessive Salivation, Dizziness And Fatigue?

default
Posted on Thu, 15 Sep 2016
Question: I get waves of nausea, salivation, dizziness, fatigue and generally feel lethargic, I keep hydrated as I work in the sun most days, half a cup of coffee in the morning, I eat fine but when I get nauseous I sneeze and the symtoms go away. Any ideas. Ear infection? bad tooth? It comes on without warning and sometimes I drop to my knees I feel so off. Lasts from a few minutes to several hours and maybe days. Diet makes no difference. I feel fine for weeks and then suddenly it hits again.

Brief Answer:
Needs investagations

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Your symptoms suggest a systemic pathology. Most of them are related to gastro intestinal tract but if changes in diet do no difference a detailed study should be made.

I suggest you to get investigated thoroughly with tests like Gastroduodeno scopy, complete blood count, ESR, CRP, urease breath test and stool analysis.

Only after the results from these tests are analyzed a specific management can be planned.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.
