What Causes Nausea, Headache And Low Basal Body Temperature?
Question: My girlfriend has been feeling nauseous and has had a headache all week. Also she has a cold body temperature without fever. She claims it happened after she went to her chiropractor and believes that is the causes. I was thinking about maybe it could be a thyroid problem, but i don't know. She is 74 years old.

The symptoms nausea and headache are not typical thyroid symptoms.In hypothyroidism there is a low basal body temperature, so the cold body temperature without fever can be due to low thyroid function.
To understand if there is a thyroid problem there are necessary to do the thyroid test TSH,free T3 and free T4.
My advice is to meet physically a internist for right tests and the right treatement.(if necessary)
