What Causes Nausea In The Morning?

Question: Every morning when I wake up, I can't brush my teeth. Each time I try to put brush, I feel vomiting (nausea). I drink 1 glass of water (sometimes more) everyday after waking up. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

DO you suffer from gastritis ?

If No, Apparently this has nothing to do with any pathology, I would suggest you change the brand and flavor of you toothpaste and avoid drinking water before brushing

Also try a tablet of Domperidone or ondensatron about 15 minutes before brushing the teeth

Having a look at your medical history it seems you have allergic respiratory disease ?

Is there is any spasm in the morning it can also cause nausea

I have gastritits, yes. Is it happening due to Gastritits? I am facing the problem for last 3 years now.

Hi

I have seen few patients who have these symptoms and are controlled with management of stress and gastritis

I would suggest you take a proton pump inhibitor twice a day for a minimum of three weeks followed by once before breakfast for another three weeks

If there is no change in two weeks get back to me and we will try to sort this out

Does drinking cocacola and tea triggers nausea if you have gastritis? I am taking esomeprazole right at this moment.

Aerated drinks, tea and coffee are known to aggravate the symptoms of gastritis

Domperidone along with esomeprazole twice a day should helps
