What Causes Nausea, Stomach Pain And Bloating With Diarrhea?
Question: I'm experiencing nausea, stomach bloating with pain when I eat. Yesterday I had a little diahria too. This is the 4th day I've been experiencing these symptoms.

Peptic ulcer pain is in the upper middle abdomen and does not radiate.
I suggest you to have blood work and abdominal ultrasound done at first. Gastroscopy should be considered.
