Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic forum.
I am Dr Aslam here to help you.
Nausea, sweaty palms and soles, lightheadedness and lassitude usually indicates an infection going on somewhere in our body, rather than stress related.
The most common infection associated with such symptoms is an urinary tract infection.
I can guide you better if you give me some more information.
1)when exactly your symptoms started?is it a recent one (how many days)?
2)any other symptoms like fever, abdominal pain or discomfort, increased frequency or burning sensation on urination, head ache, throat pain etc?
3)are you having any medical illnesses like diabetes?or any regular medications?
4)any significant past medical history?
Waiting for your reply.
Meanwhile, be relaxed, take some rest, have a light diet, take enough fluids.
Thank you.
it need evaluation.
Detailed Answer:
HelloDear,
So the symptoms are there for only one week.there was associated fainting.and you have lassitude that increased with exertion.
All these are suggestive of an ongoing infection. This cannot be attributed to hormonal changes.
Regarding diabetes, being overweight is a risk factor but we can't be sure without a blood test.
If I was your treating doctor, even if you have no fever or other symptoms,my first considerstion will be an UTI. in such a situation, after a physical examination, I Will do a basic evaluation including a blood&urine routine examination, and RBS.
Depending on the result, this can be treated with antibiotics and other supportive measures.
You kindly see a physician for correct diagnosis and treatment.
Hope you got cleared now.
