Question: My girlfriend has had extreme nausea, vomiting diarrhea, since eating an orange and some crackers at 1;00

Brief Answer: Needs observation.... Detailed Answer: Hi, Extreme nausea, vomiting and diarrhea after food may be due to allergy or infection. If she is dehydrated and not tolerating sips of water then ER visit is mandatory. But if she is not that sick, give her fluids and electrolyte powder solution or gatorade solution. You can take a call to see the doctor tomorrow. Make sure she drinks lots of fluid. She can also take pre and probiotic supplements for couple of days from tomorrow. I wish her a speedy recovery.
