Brief Answer:
fluid replacement, probiotics

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea are more commonly due to viral or bacterial infection of the gastrointestinal tract with viral infections being more common of the two.

Weakness would be due to the loss of fluid and electrolytes and also the decreased food/drink intake.

Normally the symptoms improve in 7 to 14 days, often before.

Treatment mainly involves: (1) holding off any solid food till there is a 4 hour window with no symptoms, when restart use small amounts of dry foods then increase if tolerated.
Can use the BRAT diet- banana, rice, apple sauce, toast and any other dry foods like crackers etc

(2)use fluids such as oral replacement fluids or dilute (dilute 1/2 with water) sport drinks to give back both fluids and electrolytes.
Use only small amounts initially (eg 1 tbs every 5 mins), then increase after an hour, if tolerated

(3)probiotics may help as well

(4)continue medication

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
