Brief Answer:
I will like to see your INR controlled!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the list of your medications.

I have reviewed them entirely and the above information.

1. I will suggest that you get the INR controlled because you are on coumadins which causes blood to clot less and may explain the blood in your stools. If the stools are hard in consistency or you are constipated, I strongly recommend that you increase your fluid, fruits, fibers and vegetable intake as well as do regular physical exercise to help soften the stools.

2. I will also like to have a reading of your blood pressure and heart rate especially in the early mornings. Is the nausea before you go to stool or after?

I hope this helps. Let me hear back from you!.

Nausea is after medications and just before bowel movement. My Inr is being monitored every week on Monday this passed Monday it was 2.8. And is good. My blood pressure is good but will check tomorrow morning.

Brief Answer:
Most likely a side effect of your drugs!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This nausea is most likely a side effects of the medications. Unfortunately, this is a very common side effect of medications and make it difficult to pinpoint which is actually responsible for this. I will suggest you do not take all of the medications at once but split to take say twice with at least 30mins interval. This may prove helpful though may not be entirely so.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Keep me posted with your progress and blood pressure readings tomorrow.
