Brief Answer:
DETAILS ARE GIVEN BELOW.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for additional information.
1) In this context, sensation of vomiting (nausea) may be due to mental stress, anxiety, fear, emotional upset, alcohol intake, hangover, overeating, indigestion problem etc. Psychological cause is the predominant.
2) I suggest you to take anti-emetics like ONDANSETRON etc to reduce nausea. Take easy digestible foods, drink more water, quit smoking or limit drinking, avoid mental stress by regular meditation or yoga, take sound sleep.
3) If NAUSEA persists even after taking above medication or beyond 7 days, I suggest you to consult with your local physician for clinical examination and necessary investigation for proper management.
Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.
Wish your good health and take care yourself.
