Brief Answer:
Do youu wish to become pregnant?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. I will like to know if you have been trying to get pregnant or it is your desire to become pregnant. If any holds, then these could be signs of a false pregnancy. This is a condition termed pseudocyesis. If it is not the case, see below.

For now, these symptoms and very non specific and probably not suggestive of any possible life threatening pathology or ongoing pathological process. I will suggest that we patiently monitor these symptoms and collect more information with time. This may help guide diagnosis and treatment if there is a real cause.

My gut feeling is that these symptoms would resolve all by themselves as there seems to have been nothing glaring that may justify these. Minor fluid from nipples, unless it persists is rarely a cause for concern.

In all, monitor these a little longer. there is no real threatening symptom sign and I will not want to recommend aggressive medical approach now. Time may permit spontaneous resolution or provide more information that would help orient investigations, diagnosis and treatment.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

I have not been trying to get pregnant. I do not want to be pregnant I am 44 yes old I have four kids. I have never been sick in my life, never had as much as the flu. These symptoms had a sudden onset. Why is it not subsiding? I am a nurse. I had to leave work today because I was so nauseous and vomiting.

Brief Answer:
Thanks for the precision!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for following up with me.

Nausea and vomiting are very non specific symptoms. Unless there is more information suggestive of a possible cause, they may not represent real danger.

Problems of the middle ear can be responsible for this. However, vertigo, hearing difficulties and balance difficulties are often reported by the clients as well. Are these symptoms constant and of same intensity of vary depending on environment(work/home), position (standing/sitting/lying) etc.?

Let me hear from you. Thanks.

I know problems if the muddle ear can cause this. But I do not have hearing difficulty or problems with balance , neither vertigo.
The only other symptom I have is fatigue. I am getting tired from doing simple tasks and even walking short distances. This should not happen because I am very active I workout daily. I also lost over 10 lbs.

Brief Answer:
Seek a comprehensive and detailed evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this follow up precision.

I have reviewed all the information and discussion. Unfortunately, there is no cause that stands out clear to justify these symptoms. The symptoms are not specific enough to make a call on one diagnosis at this time and more information is required.

Getting tired easily with routine chores and exercises often suggests a possible heart or lungs disease. Anemia is another possibility. How to make the difference between these possible causes taking into account the symptoms of, weight loss, nausea, vomiting, nipple discharge, etc. without a detailed interrogation, clinical exam and probably some basic testing is very difficult.

For the above reasons, I will suggest that you get a regular doctor's appointment with you PCP for a comprehensive medical evaluation. This would help pick up additional clues and orient further investigations to help establish a diagnosis and a treatment plan.

I hope this helps. Keep me updated when you get the chance to be evaluated by your doctor.
