What Causes Needle Pricking Pain In Chest?

Thanks XXXXXXX
Acid reflux disease most likely.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have read your query and understand your concern,
As per your clinical history ,the chest pain seems to be atypical and of non cardiac origin. It usually goes in favour of acid reflux disease.
But nonetheless this chest pain in your case has to be carefully evaluated to rule out any associated cardiac disease.
The basic set of investigations which you need to undergo are
1.ECG
2.Two Dimensional echocardiography
3.Tread mill testing.
These set of investigations accurately can rule out any coronary artery diseases which can present with chest pain.
Simultaneously you to need to have an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy to detect the presence of acid reflux disease or GERD, that can quite typically present with chest pain resembling a heart disease.
Additionally I advise you to give up smoking as it can lead to worsening of both cardiac and gut disorders.
Hope I have answered your query at the moment,
Post your further queries, if any.
Thank you.

As advised by you, Today I took all three tests: 1. ECG, 2. 2D echocardiography
3. Stress Test. And I am happy to inform that all three tests came normal.
Please advise me what to do next?, as today also i had pain in my chest but it was to a lesser extent as compared to yesterday.
And also let me know where i can have upper gastrointestinal endoscopy done in south Mumbai?
Thanks
