What Causes Negative Thoughts, Breathing Problem And Nervousness?

Question: I am having issues with stress is all I know to describe whatever is wrong with me but I get supper nervous every time I get the phone call to go to work to where I feel like something is wrong or something bad is going to happen. I just walk around pacing and it's like I have to breath hard every few minutes and make myself sit down and focus on calming down and breathing and tell myself that I'm being rediculouse. I get a sick feeling even if the phone rings thinking that it's someone I don't want to talk to. I've never been this way till the last two years and it's getting worse . I've even lost weight it seems due to not wanting to go anywhere I guess. Maybe I'm just being a wuss but I can't seem to stop myself from getting supper worried about what??? I have no idea that's the weird thing.
Brief Answer:
Stress disorder
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
It seems you are having anxiety related to stress disorder arising out of work place or condition.Stress reactions are usually self-limited and you are likely to overcome the present crisis.
I feel what you need is a short term course of benzodiazepines/ SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) and supportive psychotherapy.
You need to see a qualified Psychiatrist (MD-psychiatry ) for help.It may require several sessions and drug therapy to reduce anxiety.
It is difficult to get a cure for you through this type of correspondence .
