What Causes Negative Urine Results While On Ativan, Neurotoxin, Lasix And Dilaudid?

depends on the urine test.
Detailed Answer:
It's going to be negative for heroin and morphine. As silly as that sounds, given that you are not on heroin nor morphine, the common dipstick narcotic test will be positive for those, but NOT for fentanyl not for oxycodone and probably not for dilaudid. That could be a reason why you are negative....they didn't look!
Ativan depends a bit on the dosing and if they are doing the best test for it. MOSTLY it will show up on the benzodiazepine screen, but not necessarily if it is at a low (1 mg or less per day) dose.
There is an actual drug interaction that is going to interact with the drug test (and it is NOT in the textbooks!) Lasix makes you pee. If you take the lasix and didn't have any screen drugs recently (last 8 hrs). then the urine WILL be dilute and the ability to detect the drugs will be minimized. Mostly, the right test will show them. Cannot say in your particular case.
Thank you for asking me this quite intersting question. I do not know how it works but I'm eager to follow up if there are further questions/needs for clarification.
