Question: My neutrophils count is 1.6, lymphocytes 1.7, monocytes .5, eosinophils 0.1, basophils 0.0 and my total wcc is 3.9. Kidney and liver blood tests are fine. I am a fit 38 year and exercise 6 days a week but have been feeling run down and tired in the last 4mths. I am also getting the occassional night sweats. I also have ringing noise in he left ear which occurred around about the same time. My doctor didn't seem to be worried about the blood results but I am. Can you please help.

Brief Answer:
Findings indicate mildly decreased WBC count and it is acceptable.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Findings indicate that total WBC count is mildly decreased.Normally total WBC count is 4,500 - 10,000/cu mm.
Neutrophil and lymphocyte cont is also towards lower side. Most likely it is not related to your symptoms of tiredness.
Tiredness may be due to many reasons like anemia, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, altered lipid profile, hypothroidism etc. So,you need proper clinical examination and further routine investigations.
Investigations include hemoglobin percentage, random blood sugar, lipid profile, thyroid profile.
You may need further investigations depending upon clinical findings.

Other wise mildly low total WBC count is acceptable.

Ringing in ear need proper clinical examination by a ENT specialist. It is important to exclude internal ear problem.

It is good that you are so active in daily activities.
