What Causes Night Sweats, Chills And Bad Headaches On One Side?

Question: Im not sure what I have but here are my symptoms. Started with lower back pain around XXXXXXX July I had double hernia surgery. I started getting tingling pain on one side which radiated to my armpits. I had night sweats bad and chills.
I now have such a bad head ache on the left side of my head. You can't touch my head, or my ear. What could this be?

I also have pain in my throat. I have lost weight and feel bad all the time.

The current symptoms may not be related to your surgery.

So you are thinking this may be more nerve related rather then cancer ? I was thinking maybe lymphoma but I do not have any swelling so I guess my symptoms would not lean towards that.
