Brief Answer:
Following advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

My opinion is that your symptoms may be related to the following disorders:
- lowering of blood glucose during nigh which is common in patients with pre-diabetes.
- transitor ischemic attack or stroke which may explain the dizzy spell.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do as follows in order to exclude diabetes and stroke:
- fcheck asting glucose and two hours after eating levels
- measure Hba1c levels ( all this exams will serve to evaluate diabetes)
- carotid ultrasound examination
- head CT scan

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
