Question: I am concerned about my 87 year old uncle who always feels cold in spite of keeping the room temp at 90 degrees. he sweats profusely at night soaking his pyjamas. He refuses to see a doctor. He has an abnormal ecg but no history of cardiac event. He has no edema. He gets s.o.b. on exertion. He has asthma. He's on Tegretol for peti-mal seizures r/t temporal lobe stroke, and Fosamax.
