It usually hopped in the afternoon and when I'm in hurry or stressed out but not sure if this due to stress or Sth else
How can infer rid off the noise
Also recently I feel in the night lightheaded, my body is like light al over, like I ve been drinking Sth which in not

Brief Answer:
Noise in ear may be stress related
Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,
the noise in your ear may be stress related, however, i usually recommend to have an ENT Dr examine the ears, there may be treatment available for you such as infusions.
The light headed feeling my also be stress related, but i usually do a routine checkup with physical examination, blood works, blood pressure check to rule out other possible causes first.
If other causes are ruled out, learning relaxation techniques such as autogenous training or biofeedback may be an option for you.
Best regards
