Hi Dr. my doctor suspects that the reason is hearing lose, but I still can hear quite well. The noise is when I wake up. and is pretty much gone after I get up, I am not sure that he checked my hearing with electrical instrument.

Brief Answer:
I would suggest you get an audiogram
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back, It seems that it is not tinitis , it might be some problem with your sinuses or your hearing.
You can discuss with your doctor about getting an audiogram done this is a hearing test , you will be given a head phone and will be asked to listen to some tones of different frequencies and tell your doctor which one you can listen to , this way a complete map of your hearing ability will be made and determination of your hearing ability will be done in this way.
I would ask you not to panic and discuss with your doctor about possible treatment and testing options.
Regards.
