What Causes Nose Bleeding, Dizziness And Numbness Post Injury?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
At your age the most common reason for bleeding nose is usually some raw area in the anterior part of nose especially on the nasal septum. The reason for raw area can be nose picking, hot and dry environment or many a times some trivial injury. Deviated nasal septum also predisposes one for such a bleeding.
Raised blood pressure is a common cause but at 30 years age is not considered as first possibility. Still get your BP checked regularly for few days.
Some masses in nasal cavity can also lead to bleeding but usually are associated with symptoms like obstruction also.
Some drugs like aspirin or other blood thinners can lead to an increased chances of bleeding.
Please go for an ENT check up and if there is some area anteriorly, lubrication ointments like Neosporin should help.
If there is no finding anteriorly and there is no hypertension, you need to go for a coagulation profile and few other investigations which your ENT may consider appropriate.
Depending upon the findings, the further management can be planned.
Regarding fainting and all, usually psychological reason on seeing so much blood is the usual reason.

Thanks for the query.
As blood came from mouth without any effort, it is more likely to have come from posterior part of nasal cavity and region above palate. This will not come out from nose but will come out from mouth only.
Other reasons for blood from oral cavity can be: blood coming from food pipe or stomach but usually accompanied by vomiting like feeling; from lungs usually accompanied by coughing. Your history doesn't suggest both.
Still if your ENT doesn't find any reason in nose, other than blood investigations, endoscopic examination of upper food psssage and trachea and lungs will be advised to you.
But before this, simpler non invasive investigations and blood investigations will be carried out.
So, considering your worry, an ENT examination is warranted along with regular BP check up.
