What Causes Nose Bleeding?

Question: i had nosebleeds in december 2005 and repeated again 2-3 times in 24 hr.then doctor is treated nasal ballon packing and then nosebleed is stop....and again january 2008 is again coming and same as back then blood clot injection to stop the blood...again nosebleed is comes in september 2014 and same as back and blood clot to stop blood.....my BP is always above 140/90 ...doctor to say hypertension and dns problem.....but my question is what all causes of nosebleed to me...my pns ct scan report is attached...plz sir help me...

Thanks for the query.

I have read your query ,seen picture and understand your concern.

In my opinion , possible causes for nosebleed in your case are
hypertension ,
DNS problem ,
Sneezing , Itching , crust formation result in fingernail trauma ,
Medication for heart disease for blood thinning or for pain & headache ,
Liver disease result in vitamin K deficiency due to alcohol & vegetarian diet &
Blood disorders.

There may be combination of 2 or more causes result in nose bleeding .

I would advice keep hypertension under control with regular medication , avoid crust formation by steam inhalation , take inj. Vitamin K & avoid any medication .
