What Causes Nose Bleeds Along With Blood While Coughing Up?
Epistaxis, likely benign and not dangerous.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Nosebleed also called epistaxis although looks worrisome and scary but are mostly benign and not dangerous. How ever i would like you to seek an otorhinolaryngologist and let them sort it out for you. They will assess the some nasal causes like dry nose, allergies, sinuses infections, polyps, alcohol use etc. Bedding profile should be evaluated too like platelets count, PT , INR, APTT etc.
Coughing up blood was also this nose bleed regurgitated in mouth. So no worries for that. Get evauated for epistaxis and dont worry. Avoid triggers and worsening factors in future like hot dry weather, digital trauma nose picking etc). Talk to your doctor and let them decide what is best for you.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Consult at an earliest possible convenience is wise. If there is still blood oozing out then go to ER for imminent stopping it, otherwise it can wait for convenience. Dizziness is sequelae so no worries. Just take some antivert or benadryl for that.
I hope it helps.

Sinuses infection
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me
As i mentioned there are many possible causes .Headache and coughing up blood point towards infection of air ways and sinuses. Both these etiologies can trigger epistaxis too. Thats why a visit to an otorhinolaryngologist is requested to sort it out. Dont worry. None of these symptoms are dangerous and can be easily managed.
I hope it helps.
