What Causes Nosebleeds With Bleeding In Ears?
ENT exam, coagulation, platelets function
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Local causes including erosions, infection, ulcerations need to be looked for. An ENT doctor or your GP can examine the ears and nose to find such foci. If no cause is ascertained locally then blood counts including platelets and coagulation profile need to be looked for any abnormality. Try to keep the area clean and dry. Treatment options would be clear once the cause of the dried blood is clear. If its just erosions then lubricants with antibiotic ointments such as polyfax can be advised. Antibiotics can be advised to prevent any superimposed infection as blood is a fertile medium for infections.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
