Question : Hi, my husband had anumb fingertop yesterday and today he feels nauseous and his stomach feels weak, he is tired and dizzy: im a bit worried. We have a lot of stress lately which doesn't help.He also has aritmia for years now

I think it is reported that he is assessed by a medical professional as soon as possible. The symptoms are somewhat nonspecific but could reflect an underlying disorder or infectious process.

there is possibly an underlying metabolic disorder, anemia or there could be some problem with the heart function. For these reasons I think it is very important that you consider bringing him to his local physician as soon as possible. If his doctor is not available I would suggest you consider bringing him to the local hospital for evaluation.
