Question: What would cause a knot to appear accompanied by numbness after a for sure NOT missed shot of Crystal meth?

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I am assuming this knot and numbness appeared in and around the site of the shot? If so, this reaction can be expected with any shot and is not really anything to worry about or any significant reaction to taking a crystal meth shot.

I would just advise application of a cold compress over the region for a day, followed by a warm compress over the region for 2-3 days and the swelling should subside. Please also avoid taking another shot over the same region and not in around at least 2-4 cm from that site.

Any shot taken causes a breach in the wall of the blood vessel which in itself is considered an injury and can result in an inflammatory response (the knot). Along with this numbness sometimes ensues due to the inflammation which can cause a reduction in sensation in the region. There is nothing to worry about, and as I said this should all subside in a few days time.
