Question: I HAVE A LARGE BRUISE ON MY RIGHT HIP CAUSED BY BUMPING INTO A HEAVY KITCHEN CHAIR ABOUT 7-10 DAYS AGO. NOW MY RIGHT FOOT IS NUMB WITH A BURNING SENSATION. COULD A BLOOD CLOT CAUSE SUCH A PROBLEM?

A large bruise is due to a hematoma inside the hip. The hematoma can cause a pressure on the nerves causing the numbness and burning sensation.
