What Causes Numbness And Burning Sensation In Rectum Radiating To Back?

Most likely due to spinal stenosis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.
I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. In spinal stenosis there is nerve compression. Now pain/ burning sensation occurs on the area which is supplied by that particular nerve. Pain will persist till the time decompression does not occur. I would suggest you to visit hospital and get an MRI Spine done. It will confirm the exact site of compression. Take it to a neurosurgeon who will then examine you and correlate the labs. Further management will depend upon the results & examination. Meanwhile you can take naproxen thrice a day for pain.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
