What Causes Numbness And Immobilisation Of Wrist?
Question: About four days ago I was sitting in my truck and slept on my wrist, sleeptime four hours.... Now I can't move my wrist or my fingers up.. My wrist is numb and through my upper arm as well, I have a bowlers glove on to support the wrist in neutral position, and have been pulling fingers up and down as part of physical therapy. I mainly work with my hands as a big part of my life is gone without use of one, now I'm worried my wrist will not recover?
