Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I would like to ask you if you started seroquel suddenly or overlapping with effexor?
If at all you had overlapping then it was for how many days and that after how much time you started having side effects.
Waiting for your response

Brief Answer:
Reduction in dose required
Detailed Answer:
Yes then it is an overdosage of antidepressants and thus you need dose modulation in the form of decrease in dose or switch to single drug.
It is a common problem because usually all these drugs show their full effect in 2-3 weeks and thus dose modulation there after.
So meet your psychiatrist and discuss the this reduction in dosage in phased manner.
Take care.
