What Causes Numbness Between The Shoulders To Hands And Tremors Of Fingers?

Please find the details about my problem mentioned below.
I have done Health Check up 7 months before and in reports VITAMIN B12 defeciency was found,
Neurologist suggested 'Nervo fit' tablets for 15 days and vit D for 2months(weekly once ),i used for same days
Symptoms:
Recently 3-4 times i observed mild numbness between the area shoulders to hands(night time),few times tremour in ring finger of left hand when i kept an item for 15mins
From long time i have habit of forget fullness ,recently it is increased
and freequently i have been facing stammering in between while speaking
i took TSH and NCS tests and results are normal only
I feel lack of vit B12 is causing this nervous weakness.
So could you please suggest the good B12 medicine for this.

I have one query, IS 'Mecomin OD 1500' can also be good replacement for Cap Nurokind plus and Inj. Methycobal 500 mcg Intra muscular (instead of taking these two medicines) regarding B12 defeciency?
one of my friend used this medicine prescribed by you and he is felling well now
IF not i will start with above two medicines only.Please suggest me

MECOMIN-OD can be used instead of NUROKIND plus (you can buy it from Apollo pharmacy Jubilee hills or Kukatpally).
Also, take the four injections of Methycobal (once every week) in addition to mecomin OD.
