Brief Answer:
hi and welcome

Detailed Answer:
First Infectious diseases must be ruled out since it sounds like this so she should do tests to verify most common I infections, both viral and bacterial. This can be done by serologic tests. If nothing is found then less common infections should be looked for especially if she was in contact with animals and nature such as brucelossis, listeriosis or boreliosis. If there is really no infectious agent verified then next diseases that should be evaluated are rare but more serious. It includes hematologic disorders, lymphomas and brain tumors. If condition persists she should do abdominal ct scan to visualize liver, spleen and paraaortal lymph nodes. in every case, there is still no need to be worried, any virosis may manifest with these symptoms and I am sure that she 'll recover soon
