What Causes Numbness In Feet And Toes?

You are suffering from paresthesia
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query.
From you history I have come to the conclusion that you have paresthesia, this is caused by the compression of specific nerves. When you put excess pressure on a nerve, that nerve will stop sending impulses normally. Any area the nerve services will essentially then fall asleep.
Another important cause of all above mentioned symptoms is decreased blood supply, which may be due to increase blood sugar or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
My friend you have mentioned trade name of drug colazitole which is difficult to understand, so please write the salt of this drug or please check its spellings, so that I can help you in a better way.
I hope you have understand my point.
Thanks.

Cilostazole can't be taken by heart patients.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the response.
Cilostazole can decrease the numbness when standing or walking too long. Claudication pain is caused by too little oxygen getting to the muscles. Cilostazole can increase blood flow and the amount of oxygen that gets to the muscles.
Studies shows that cilostazole reduces numbers of white blood cells, platelets, and severe skin reactions also have been reported.
Cilostazole inhibits the enzyme phosphodiesterase III. Other drugs that inhibit this enzyme have caused death in individuals with heart failure. Therefore, individuals with heart failure should not use cilostazole.
Also higher concentrations of cilostazole could increase the possibility of toxic effects. Therefore, a dose of 50 mg twice daily should be considered when drugs that may increase the concentration of cilostazole also are being used.
I hope you have got your answer.
You are welcome to ask further health related queries.
Thanks.
