Provide more details and take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic.
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Numbness of palm and hand at this age can be due to carpal tunnel syndrome if it is localised only to upper limbs and cervical compressive radiculopathy.

Please take a moment to undergo the following questions and try to answer them for a better management and understanding:

Is there any history of neck pain, trauma, urinary complains, weakness or thinning of involved hand?
Pain in night in involved hand?
Any joint disease?
Any diabetes or hypothyroidism?
Any investigation done so far or any visit to a neurologist?

For treatment you need to take pain modulator drugs like pregabalin or gabapentin or amitryptiline along with vitamin B12 supplementation.

physiotherapy may also help.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Do get back with additional required information.
