Brief Answer:
Seems to be due to Low back pain.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
In this case, i would advise you to observe the following:
1. Hot fomentation of your back thrice a day.
2. Don't do exertional activities.
3. Avoid squatting
4. You may apply Volini Gel locally.
In case you don't get relieve in next 5 days, get X-ray of Lumbosacral spine.
I suppose, this might be simply due to local back pain and muscular spasm compressing a nerve slightly.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
