I am so sorry to hear about this numb hand. Probably, this is related to local products applied to the are when the land was being inserted. I will like for how long this has been going on and if there is any other symptom such as pain, fever, etc.

For now, I will say be calm unless something else comes up. This feeling of numbness is often transient and gets resolve spontaneously in the next few days.
