Brief Answer:
Cilostazole is unlikely to help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your clinical details.

Cilostazole is recommended for vascular claudication, where the leg symptoms appear due to reduced blood flow in the arteries of legs (which commonly occurs in diabetics and smokers). Since you do not have this condition, you are unlikely to improve with cilostazole.

You can take a combination of baclofen and gabapentin for relief of sciatica and neuropathic pain due to lumbar canal stenosis.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
