Cervical spine X-ray/Lumbo-sacral spine X-ray
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up with further details.
Considering your clinical details,I am of the opinion that you might be having spondylotic changes in cervical and lumbo-sacral spine. I suggest you to get the X-rays done for Cervical and L-S spine.Further, a Rheumatologist's opinion should be taken for hip joint pain to rule out any joint pathology.
Meanwhile, you can be on non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines(like naproxen) for 4-5 days and antineuralgic medicines(like pregabalin, duloxetine). At the same time,calcium/vitamin D and methylcobalamin supplementation should be started.
Hope this helps. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.
Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
