Brief Answer:
Possible adverse effect of Zoloft.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for writing to us.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Paresthesia ( or numbness, or sensory changes ) is a possible adverse effect of Zoloft (Sertraline ) use that may occur at 2% of people who use it.

So, in my opinion, increased dose of Zoloft is the culprit.

The increase in dose of a prescription drug should be done by the treating Doctor, adverse effects when happen should be discussed with the Doctor too.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards.
