Hi I i am doctor alokkalyani, please to help you with your query today
It seems that you have neuropathy. you need to be evaluated for the presence of diabetes or other diseases which may lead to neuropathy. it might also be due to alcohol and other toxins also.
It may also be due to pills you're taking or even by anxiety
I advise you to see your physician and evaluated
There are few medicines which can symptomatically help like gabapentin etc
Hope this will help
