Brief Answer:
I think there is need for thyroid assessment

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

From the available description I feel there is need for thyroid assessment. The presence of low pulse rate almost never occurs in isolated depression and we need to rule out this cause. Cold feet and numbness on the face can also be caused by the low thyroid status.

Having said this I also feel there is need for ECG. This will reveal the reason for low heart rate if it is not thyroid.

I like to assure you that the symptoms are most likely not due to paxidep and there should be no worry about that.

To conclude I request you to get T3, T4, TSH and ECG and report back to me.

Thanks and regards.

Brief Answer:
What about ECG?

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

I am glad to know that you have normal thyroid profile. To evaluate further as I suggested above please get ECG from nearby lab.

I also request you to get FT3 and FT4 if the T3 and T4 are normal.

Thanks and regards.
