Question: Daughter is 31. Panicking. Can't seem to catch her breath. Rapid heartbeat. Numbness in mouth area. Compression in chest and stomach area. Healthy. Works out. Takes birth control and acne medication. Breathing heavily.
She has calmed down now. Panic attack? She claims she had a good day, had showered and was hula-hooping when this attack came on. Still has tightness in her chest.
