What Causes Numbness In The Right Side Of The Body?

Question: Hello. I woke up this morning and have this strange numbness on the right side of my body. Kinda like when your foot is asleep. I'm a 60 year old woman I'm not that active. Just running errands and cooking for my family. I'm hoping I just slept wrong but it's still just feels strange.

If doubts about neurological disorders raised after this medical examination, further testing such as brain MRI may be necessary.
