What Causes Numbness In The Shin, Joint Pain, Hot Flashes And Dizziness?
Needs work up and management
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Numbness in shin and pain in all joints mostly at night along with over heating and dizziness needs a little workup. Dizziness and overheating could be signs of menopause and perimenopause. Vasomotor symptoms can have dizziness and hot flashes. Hormone replacement therapy, treatment of vasomotor symptoms, calcium and vitamiN D supplements will help.
Pain in joints and numbness in shin need a little work up to rule out any rheumatological cause. Restless less syndrome should be considered too as symptoms are nocturnal mostly. Numbness should be looked for any nerve compressions too. Lose weight if a problem and overweight. Visit a local hospital, they will run some tests and clinically correlate your symptoms and find out suitable cause for it.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me
Over heating and dizziness at age of 47 in males should be evaluated for hormonal imbalance specially thyroid hormones. Overheating is usually metabolic over active thyroid gland needs to be ruled out. I am sorry for mistake of gender. Please consult a local physiciam and let them work you up for metabolic overactivity and meanwhile take some antivert for dizziness.
i hope it helps
