Brief Answer:
Wait & observe for recurrence

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for the answers.I have gone through them. Most common causes for such symptom are nerve compression & vitamin deficiency. As the symptom occurred for first time so there is high probability that it was caused by nerve compression. Nerve can be compressed at any time while sitting, lying, playing, working, etc. As a result one feels numbness in the area supplied by that particular nerve. It resolves itself as soon as compression is relieved. I would suggest you to wait & observe. If symptoms occur again then further workup could be done by undergoing nerve conduction study at a hospital under the supervision of a neurologist. Secondly, you can take 1 TS of a multivitamin supplement (e.g surbex-Z) for 10 days.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
