What Causes Numbness Of Feet Post A Foot Massage?

Question: Hi
I had a foot massage 3 days ago and since im haveing numbness underneeth my left feet in the left side i dont know is this a serious problem or it will go away ?

numbness isn't a sign you should worry about
In my opinion you should avoid strong exercises and undertake walks or swimming
It probably will go way after two or three days
You can help yourself by using paracetamol

it may a minor muscular problem
The right diagnose can be made by scheduling a ENMG(Electroneuromyograpthy) which studies the musculature and the perpheric nerve system
I don't think you have reason to worry too much
