Brief Answer:
Visit the same operating surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As I hear your dad fiddled something at the nerve level. These details are not enough to come to a conclusion and it requires a great amount of examination physically. I sincerely suggest to see the same doctor who operated on your dad.

There iis no point in visiting another doctor now. The details of the surgery would be known to the one who operated on him. I am sure there will be quick fix for this if you do not delay. If you delay he may be disabled completely.

Note: For further follow-up it is advisable to consult an emergency medicine specialist. Click here.
