My opinion-
In the given situation- You seem to be suffering from- Corn under toe with with accompanied ?neuropathies.
The corn caps with soddening effects and with salicylic acid in it, could cause some numbness due to over action and damage to local tissue.
But as you complain of disturbed sleep, other causes of ? diabetic and other neuropathies need to be ruled out.
Do' Suggested-
Antibiotics with anti-inflammatory treatment x 5 days time would resolve the disturbed sleep, caused from ?accompanied secondary infection and damage to local nerve tissue.
If the pain is disturbing, Tab Gabapentine / Tab Vit B12, Tab Folic acid would be needed to resolve it.
Treating cause of Corn under toe would be needed to resolve this issue with long remissions.
