Brief Answer:
Wait and watch with ice cube and aloe vera gel

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Do you find pus accumulating? Are they getting red?
I generally do not want to interrupt the natural healing process at this stage. You could have used a ice cube as soon as you started getting bumps. It is not good to handle them with more procedures or medications.
I suggest to roll over ice cube all over the tiny bumps and may be aloe vera gel . This helps in closing the opened pores and aloe helps quick healing.
If possible please post the pictures. I can say if you really need to meet a dermatologist.

I have these bumps all over my neck too and I’ve been using aloe Vera gel every night I don’t know if it’s been doing anything at all. How long do you think before it will go away if I use ice cubes every day?

No there’s no pus it’s all tiny flesh colored bumps

Brief Answer:
Reactionary bumps

Detailed Answer:
it looks a reaction without infection. We need to check the local lymph nodes if they are swollen it may be an infection that is trying to cure.
They should soon subside with ice and if there are no enlarged lymph nodes. The time could be another one week.

Brief Answer:
Only Aloevera gel

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

You cannot check for lymph nodes on your own.
I suggest only Aloe vera at night. Do not put benzoyl peroxide. They will be irritated. I think that could be the reason you are putting two oppositely acting agents.
