What Causes Occasional Pinching Pain On Side Of Chest?

I have family history of diabetes, hypertension and heart problems. However, I do not have any, yet. I am 25 years old male and have minimal regular exercise, sedentary lifestyle. I am 6 ft 2 in tall and weigh 116 kg.
I recently got Thread Mill Test and ECG done and doctor confirmed that the report is normal.
Mostly it's not heart pain. You may get an echo sos. Reduce weight
Detailed Answer:
Hey XXXXXXX I am Dr. Mody and I would address your concern.
Now considering your age, and a negative stress test and echo would virtually rule out cardiac cause of chest pain. The only thing against is your strong family history, but here too 25 is too young for a cardiac event and TMT as a screening would be ok.
Important here to address is your , trust me with the bad family history if you don't reduce now, one after another disease will creep in.
Make it a priority, start hitting the gym, control your diet. Don't want you to decrease your food intake but change the type of food, no carbon diet to start with.
If you still panicky about heart a CT coronary angiography would be good enough, through medically I don't think you need it. Buy it being normally 99% we are sure there are no blockages.
You may still send me all your reports and I will help you interpret things.
Also every morning tab sompraz D for three weeks should take care of your gastritis part as abdominal fat will make the stomach more horizontal and increase chances of reflux leading to heart burn like symptoms
Hoping I could help.
Regards. Dr. Priyank Mody
